Kentucky Homeplace

Program Overview

The mission of the Kentucky Homeplace Program is to provide access to medical, social, and environmental services for the citizens of the Commonwealth.

The goal of the Kentucky Homeplace Program is to educate Kentuckians to identify risk factors and use preventative measures to become a healthier people with knowledge and skills to access the healthcare and social system.


The following highlights some of the services that Kentucky Homeplace might be able to help individuals access by directly contacting companies and referring to other agencies.

Kentucky Homeplace is not limited to health care needs only. We attempt to assist any client with any needs he/she may have through contacts, resources and research to meet individual needs.
